Two independent peer-reviewed studies provide evidence that Acrivon's prexasertib has activity in cancer cells with defective chromatin assembly and pediatric brain cancer models. Since Acrivon controls worldwide commercial rights to prexasertib, these new indications expand the drug's addressable market and revenue potential ahead of Phase 2b trial results.
