China is secretly restricting rare-earth shipments - $MP, $UUUU and $USAR will escalate up to the Sept. 24 talks and rip if they fail.

USAR, a high-beta rare-earth play with a mine-to-magnet supply chain, stands to benefit from China's operational restriction of rare-earth shipments and the geopolitical scarcity premium building toward September 24 trade talks. If China formally restricts exports, ex-China prices could spike multiples.
