I Rather Invest in the Hyperscaler Cloud Names Than the Neocloud Names (and it's not even close)

Google's hyperscaler fundamentals—established cash flows, financial flexibility, and diversified business—position it to weather AI capex cycles better than neoclouds. If AI ROI disappoints or capacity oversupply occurs, Google's optionality protects it from the bankruptcies and consolidations threatening neocloud investors.

I Rather Invest in the Hyperscaler Cloud Names Than the Neocloud Names (and it's not even close)

Amazon's hyperscaler scale, proven cash generation, and diversified revenue streams make it a safer bet than neoclouds on AI capex. Even with near-term FCF headwinds from AI investment, Amazon's optionality and profitability buffer it from the existential risks (debt burden, negative FCF) facing neocloud competitors.

Even if AI ROI disappoints or an AI bubble bursts, Microsoft's optionality, network effects, and profitability provide downside protection that neoclouds lack.

How Cooked is FICO Stock??

The stock appears undervalued as the market overprices competitive threats that may not materially erode FICO's entrenched position in lending ecosystems.
